With our experienced team and most updated computerized software, there are about 650 orders nationwide processed at four AD offices daily. These orders and sales invoices are keyed and processed within 45 minutes from receipt from the sales team. With computerized links, all orders are further processed to warehouses for picking, packing and dispatch.

AD has a brand new fleet of trucks in-house for transportation and delivery of clients' products to their customers. And specific to the Vietnam market, motorbikes are also used by our delivery team to transport products to customers in hard to reach locations.

Again, as part of our investment in our people, our delivery and driver team are well recruited and trained. They are trained to best serve the customers in the most professional and suitable way for this market. The delivery & driver team are well motivated by attractive reward schemes with well linked key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard operation procedures (SOPs). The products are delivered to customers within just 8 working hours in the downtown and within 12 to 24 working hours for provincial sub-distributors and agents from the receipt of orders. In such provinces where AD do not have direct services, our sub-distributors will apply the same consistent service standards to our customers.
